2.1. Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans (e.g., All-in-One Access, Flex Access, Monthly Access). Details on pricing, duration, and inclusions are available on our pricing page. 2.2. Billing: Payments for subscription plans are due monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your chosen plan. You will be billed on a recurring basis unless you cancel your subscription. 2.3. Discount Codes: Promotional codes (e.g., SEP10) are subject to availability and specific terms. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively. 2.4. Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However, no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period after cancellation. 2.5. Late Payments: If a payment fails, your access to our services may be temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved.

3. Services

3.1. Educational Resources: Grade Masters provides resources, webinars, and study tools for BTEC Level 3 students. We aim to ensure the accuracy of the content, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. 3.2. Tutoring Services: 1-2-1 and group tutoring services can be booked via the website. Tutoring sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. 3.3. Access to Content: Your subscription grants you access to all available resources and webinars for the duration of your plan. Unauthorized sharing of account login details or content with non-subscribers is prohibited.

4. User Accounts

4.1. Account Creation: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your account details with anyone else. 4.2. Account Security: If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately. 4.3. Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse our services.

7.1. No Guarantee of Results: While we strive to provide high-quality educational support, we do not guarantee specific academic results, including exam grades. 7.2. Service Interruptions: We will make reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted service. However, we are not responsible for service interruptions caused by factors outside our control (e.g., technical issues, internet outages). 7.3. Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or services is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
